About the role Viterra is seeking a full-time Administrator to join our Port Adelaide office and provide support to our Eastern region. Reporting to the Senior Administrator, this role will ensure all data is recorded and processed accurately and timely, whilst administration tasks are completed efficiently. Duties Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, couriers, delivering a warm and professional experience. Manage daily administrative tasks. Daily commodity stock movements, data entry and reporting. Use Microsoft Excel for organising data, creating reports, and maintaining records. Support the team with daily site tasks and projects as needed.
