What do you do? Customer Service - we have great customers and they need to be treated as such. Delivering outstanding outcomes Leading and motivating a team to achieve results on time and on budget Hard Landscaping (fencing, paving, concreting, decks, retaining walls etc.) Soft Landscaping (laying turf, planting, mulching etc.) Irrigation installation and setting What do you need? Absolute commitment to flawless results Demonstrated experience with meeting targets and managing a team Must be a qualified landscaper with previous site supervisor experience in the industry Is extremely hard-working, motivated and driven Ability to show initiative and take action when required Works well under pressure Is punctual and honest Flexible and enthusiastic Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work All-round team player Must have a driver's license What's in it for you?
