The role An exciting opportunity exists for a lawyer of circa 5-8 years’ PQE in commercial and corporate law and ideally technology lay. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Head of legal, your work will include contracts, engagement letters, consultancy agreements, government agreements, tenders, procurement, master service and service agreements, supply agreements and intellectual property law advice. You will also assist in mergers and acquisitions, and disposals. About you Our client seeks a lawyer with 5-8 corporate and commercial law experience and particularly sound contracts experience. The abilities to work autonomously, strong drafting and analytical skills, a commercial and practical approach and are also required. Also required are the abilities to communicate effectively and to develop relationships with stakeholders, to manage and prioritise workloads, and to achieve outcomes within the required timeframes.
