Position: Retail Manager Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $75,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Rutherford NSW 2320 Our client is seeking an experienced full-time Retail Manager to join their team located in Rutherford, New South Wales. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store for smooth running, maximise sales and minimum costs. Work in a tool warehouse and basic knowledge of all the tools i.e. power btools, automotive tools, hand tools, welding and construction tools. Maintain excellent customer service standards, hire, expand, and manage workforce. Create staff schedules, conduct regular performance assessments, and make sure there is enough coverage during peak hours. Organize and plan your product displays to increase their visual appeal and boost sales. Inventory management to ensure there is a sufficient level of inventory. Manage order, receive the deliveries, price updates and special offers. Handle the damage products and return to the suppliers as per policy of the tool. Warehouse. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations. Maintain an updated record of staff performance, customer feedback, and sales results. Conduct problem solving techniques and responsible for handling unusual circumstances at the warehouse at all the time. Adhere the Occupational health and safety policies and regulations at the warehouse. Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Requirements: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field At least three (3) years of relevant experience as a Retail Manager.
