We are working with a trusted home builder in Queensland, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Construction Administrator to join their team in Holland Park West. This role sees success by establishing an instant connection and building a mutually trusting relationship with each client. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear, consistent and personable communication with every client as necessary Confirm with client anticipated site meeting schedule Provide client/s with site photos whenever possible Attend PCV site inspection and handover. At handover meeting explain warranty process, following up with email Provide administrative support to Sales team as appropriate in sales workflow, as necessary Prepare, track and present to client/s and the team through workflow meetings, proposed timeline for workflow of job from Contract signing to Commence Construction Liaise with service providers (Colours, Tiles, Electrical, Plumbing) to schedule client selection appointments within agreed timeframes and provide relevant documentation for appointments Prepare Colour selection document within agreed timeframe to ensure a positive client experience during selection meetings Manage client selections from appointment to sign off, within agreed timeframes Discuss and manage Client’s finance approval with client and lender, as necessary Request and issue variations (prepared by Estimating) to clients via Docusign and track completion Prepare and manage lodgement of applications to Certifier/Town Planner as necessary Deal directly with clients either face to face, over phone, email and virtual meetings, whenever necessary Works collaboratively with key business partners to achieve desired outcomes for clients Candidate Criteria: Communicates Effectively and Respectfully A strong sense of urgency, drive and determination to achieve positive outcomes for each client Ability to build strong relationship with clients and the team Exceptional customer service skills Solution Focused Experience in a similar type of role in the Construction industry To apply please click the apply now button or if you would like any further information please don't hesitate to contact Gabi Staniute on 0401 905 585 or gabiintrorecruitment.com.au.
