The Warehouse Administrator is a vital member of our team, ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of all warehouse activities, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all goods. Having experience or qualifications in bonded warehouse operations, quarantine procedures, or Border Force regulations would be highly advantageous, enhancing your ability to navigate complex compliance requirements and contribute to the efficient management of goods within our warehouse environment. What you will be doing… Verifying and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Preparing shipping documents and coordinating transportation for outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Inputting data into inventory management systems with precision to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of stock levels. Maintaining detailed and organised records of warehouse activities and processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Collaborating with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and purchasing to resolve issues, fulfil orders, and support the smooth flow of operations. Enforcing and implementing warehouse procedures, policies, and safety guidelines to ensure the consistent and efficient operation of the facility. Actively leading and contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Do you have… Previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator, ideally within the Transport or Container industry. A valid forklift licence, with demonstrated experience in warehouse operation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to working with teams and resolving issues. Strong proficiency in operational systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail. Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) certification (highly desirable), or the ability to quickly acquire this qualification. Additional Information… Successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening and Police Check. We will provide all relevant onsite training.
