In our Learning Designer role, no two days are the same-one day you might be collaborating with subject matter experts to design eLearning modules, and the next, you're out in the field capturing stories with our rangers for face-to-face workshops. From storyboarding and graphic design to media editing and instructional design, you'll play a key part in making knowledge shareable across the NLC. Whether it's creating multimedia-rich eLearning packages, facilitating content development with subject matter experts, or developing instructional videos, your work will make a real difference. Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences, both online and face-to-face. Creating multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and interactive tools, to enhance learning engagement. Collaborating with teams across the NLC to turn their expertise into shareable learning resources. Managing end-to-end instructional design projects, from scoping to evaluation. Supporting learning initiatives that align with organisational goals and workforce needs.
