Our client, a leading supplier and on-site producer of quality poultry products is seeking an experienced Plant Operator for their Rendering Plant . This is a casual but KEY position, with ongoing work & opportunity to go permanent with the company for the right candidate. THE ROLE General cleaning of site Accurately use weighbridge system including: Use of computer terminal to weigh trucks in and out accurately Accurately complete relevant record sheets Perform COR (Chain of Responsibility) checks Load and unload trucks Load bulk-bags with finished product; Bio filter operation and data recording Operation, minor maintenance and cleaning of Wastewater Treatment Plant REQUIREMENTS Seeking long-term career Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the maintenance of systems inclusive of temperature and rate levels Mechanically minded and able to perform equipment maintenance Manual labor involved so must be physically fit Intermediate computer skills required Positive attitude towards teamwork and contributing to smooth operations for all shifts Forklift license, or willingness to obtain one Reliable work history and possesses reliable transportation to and from work Prefer candidate with experience in the food manufacturing industry If you would like to be considered for this great opportunity please APPLY NOW & send an updated Resume to tamworthapgworkforce.com.au or Contact Tamworth Branch : 02 6766 7744 .
