Our client, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Manager to join their team in Brisbane, QLD. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of client retail outlets, delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and managing office functions to support the efficient running of automotive sales and services. Ensuring the success of retail operations and enhancing the customer experience in the fast-paced automotive sector. Key Responsibilities will include: Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily activities of the retail store to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of customer service. Staff Management: Manage and supervise retail staff, including recruitment, rostering, training, and conducting performance evaluations. Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Sales and Financial Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales and financial data to track performance and make necessary adjustments to reach business goals. Retail Finances Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability. Marketing and Promotions: Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements for this role: Proven experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of retail operations, sales, and financial management. Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve store performance. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus. Experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives. Salary rate is 65,000 - 80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
