Key Responsibilities: The Child Care Worker will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Prepare and conduct engaging activities to encourage children's learning and development. Entertain children by reading stories, organizing games, and creating a fun and safe environment. Supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities and playtime Implement educational programs and activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Support children’s individual learning and development needs. Maintain positive relationships with families, children, and staff. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment. Requirements: Min 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field. Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., Certificate III, Diploma). A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in a childcare setting is highly desirable. What We Offer: Competitive salary range of $65,000- $74000 per year plus superannuation per year plus superannuation.
