Atrium Cafe - Cafe Assistant — Thabeban, Bundaberg

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally passionate Café Assistant (Barista) to work within our Atrium Café. Our staff love what they do, and their passion makes the Atrium Café a popular destination for staff, visitors and patients. The successful applicant will need to be an experienced Barista who can also assist with café service in a fast-paced environment. Key Selection Criteria Barista/Café experience, working in a high performing and fast-paced environment Completion of a recognised Barista course Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer first mindset Knowledge of coffee parameters such as grind size, dosage and volumetric (desirable) Food safety certificate and/or food handling qualification (or ability to obtain) Experience using electronic registers and cash handling Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously Availability to work a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons and rotational Saturday’s (essential) How to Apply Please submit the following: 1.
