Focus on customer satisfaction, security compliance and standards. Responsibilities Provide in person support for Desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, Skype telephony, end-user peripherals, and any other devices.L1 Support for Wintel, AIX, networking, storage, audio-visual systems, video conferencing equipment.Coordinate with other service providers to resolve incidents or service requests as needed.Support for controlled shutdowns and any activities impacting computer rooms.Assist in facilitating access for approved external personnel to restricted areas, including site computer rooms.Participate in an after-hours standby roster as required. Skills And Experience A natural desire to go beyond and ability to demonstrate this through passed experience work experience in any field or industry.Someone with a 'can do' attitude who is a problem solver with good judgement and communication skills.The ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks.Sound technical aptitude and ability to learn unfamiliar systems.
