The Role We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on our Mainframe product line. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of z/OS Assembler (HLASM) and related technologies to design, develop, and maintain critical software solutions for our clients. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications. Developing high-quality, efficient code in Mainframe environments. Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior team members. Contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance our products. This position requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring our software solutions meet the needs of our clients in critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government.
