Your new role As team lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing quick turnaround projects, predominately in the fit-out space. With a small team of two Electrical Engineers and two Mechanical Engineers under you, you will be responsible to mentor, guide and manage these projects to package delivery and construction support. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have strong experience in engineer design, particularly on fit out projects, and managing the quick turn around of projects. Candidates who have worked for electrical/mechanical contractors are also encouraged to apply. RPEQ or CPEng accreditation is mandatory for this role. Experience in Profit & Loss, mentorship of junior engineers, exposure to existing assets and buildings as well as business development are encouraged to apply.
