The Sutherland Hospital has a part time opportunity for experienced administration officers to join the team in a job share arrangement up to 24 hours per week. This role provides advanced administrative and clerical support services to enable the Sutherland Hospital Executive Unit to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. Selection Criteria: 1. Demonstrated experience in providing expert administrative services within a complex work environment 2. Demonstrated ability to write complex documentation including agendas, minutes, reports, briefs, correspondence with strong attention to detail3. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders4. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement to bring a creative approach to problem-solving5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use6.
