Description The client is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts All-Rounder / Accounts Administrator to join their team in the South-East. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a professional looking to balance work and life while contributing to the success of a growing business. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Process daily banking receipts, reconciliations, and payment allocations Prepare reports for payments, banking balances, and updates for directors Manage invoicing, debtor finance accounts, and document uploads Perform daily/monthly system closings and assist with ad hoc tasks Accounts Payable Process and reconcile creditor invoices and statements Prepare, review, and process payment batches Liaise with creditors and directors regarding payments and approvals Manage month-end closings and filing Administration Answer calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence Support directors with account activities, balances, and documents Prepare sales and stock spreadsheets, petty cash reconciliations, and EOM tasks Handle shipping documents, mail runs, and bank reconciliations Profile The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive, small-business environment, working independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
