In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. The Role: Are you a self-motivated and experienced Onboarding Assistant? We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to support our busy Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Onboarding Administrative Assistant (TOAA) will be responsible for the administrative function of the Compliance and Onboarding processes at Northern Health which includes Working with Children's checks, Police Checks and VEVO Checks just to name a few. The ultimate aim of this position is to facilitate a seamless, efficient and positive onboarding experience for candidates and hiring managers across Northern Health. This is a Fixed Term appointment covering a Maternity Leave position until February 2026. Northern Health offers: Salary: $68k–74k depending on experience. Compliance checks for all international Visa Requirements High quality advice, guidance and support for employees and line managers on the correct usage of HR systems and processes To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in providing People and Culture Recruitment onboarding support to Hiring Managers and New Employees at all levels. Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, preferable use and knowledge of the Success Factors online recruiting system and applicant tracking database Experience in an advisory or administrative role, preferably within a recruitment and employment capability to our customers (New Employee & Hiring Managers).
