We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Management Assistant to provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact while providing critical support to the Business Management team. Ensuring seamless business processes, the Business Management Assistant is a fulltime position and supports all internal and external stakeholders by providing professional, competent and efficient support. The Business Management Assistant is responsible for but not limited to the below tasks: Business Management & Office Management Tasks Supporting the finance team and business support team with invoicing and word processing Manage internal phone system Update project profiles Update internal registers as required Manage and order stationery, snacks and drink orders Maintain kitchen, meeting rooms and foyer areas Manage internal social events and assist with external events as required General tasks to keep the office organised and running smoothly Mail, couriers and other logistics All other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Building Management Liaison Managing maintenance jobs and related tradespeople and all deliveries Liaise with building management regarding power outages, building security and carparking issues We are keen to hear from candidates with : A proven ability to build strong internal relationships A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow in the business Intermediate MS Office and word processing skills Australian work rights If you are interested in joining us, click the APPLY button to submit your CV and cover letter.
