About the Role: This role will oversee a team of 7 Administrators, Schedulers and Coordinators within AE Smith’s Townsville and Northern QLD branches. It will be first point of contact for clients, technicians and external staff whilst providing direction to the team under you. Whilst this is a management position there is still an element of hands on service coordination, invoicing and office management. What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ experience within Branch / Office administration with an emphasis on scheduling, service coordination and invoicing 1 year of leadership and management experience Experience in service based trades industries - HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Fire, BMS, Security would be ideal Experience in financial ERP and reporting systems such as SAP and Proto Why Choose AE Smith?
