Primary Function The IT Officer is responsible for partnering and supporting all departments across the agency, ensuring that IT operations run smoothly. The IT Officer leads day to day IT operations and provides executive and administrative support where required working with our outsourcing provider. Description Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day to day support of Cheil's IT Operations Process onboarding and offboarding for employees Ensure that IT equipment is set up for all new employees Maintaining the security and integrity of the company's IT systems Maintaining Company IT Asset Register Manage and procure new hardware and disposal, following the appropriate approval process Document all IT procedures, SOP, systems and infrastructure Install and administrate servers, laptops and PCs including operating systems and applications Provide support for end users and apply software security patches and upgrades Planning and delivery of IT projects, both technical and applications, on time in line with business requirements Facilitate ad hoc requests for both PC and Apple environments Administer company’s IT procedures per HQ’s requirement Manage company’s all IT related subscriptions Assist/support the third-party IT provider with the. installation and configuration of network switches, routers and firewalls daily system monitoring of servers, LAN, WAN and telecoms configuration and maintenance of the company's network and server infrastructure operating systems Skills And Experiences Personal Attributes: Able to actively listen and anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience Proactive to improve IT systems and processes Comfortable with administrative, repetitive tasks Demonstrated experience working under pressure and problem solving Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders
