Job Description What You’ll Do: 1st and 2nd Level Support: Respond to service requests from end users, addressing complex and challenging issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Network Solution: Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls Asset Management: Drive IT asset lifecycle management, playing an integral role in identifying & proposing solutions and managing upgrades User lifecycle: Collaborate with HR & Team Managers to assess and define end user needs, managing all aspects of IT related to both on & offboarding Project Management: Own the delivery of infrastructure projects, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure outcomes are achieved
