The Opportunity This permanent full-time role is based at our office in Northgate on Brisbane’s Northside. Reporting to the Administration Team Leader you be joining an established team that facilitates the ongoing administration and Customer Establishment processes to ensure operational effectiveness. Your day to day responsibilities will include: Proactively handling internal customer services queries via Salesforce; Accurately completing data entry in a timely manner to ensure service levels are maintained; Initiate and activate new accounts, as well as confirming customer master data is correct and complete; Communicating openly and effectively with other internal departments to maintain internal stakeholder relations and collectively meet business objectives. About You You are well organised, pragmatic and thrive in busy environments. You are confident with a range of software systems and are a quick learner when exposed to new systems. Your attention to detail is easily visible in your quality of work and you are able to deal with a multitude of stakeholders internally and externally with ease. Our ideal candidate has: Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within logistics, supply chain or customer sales support; A flair for customer service, with experience dealing with complaints in a positive resolution focused manner; Recent experience with CRM such as Salesforce, JDE, VRP; Ability to work on-site in our office Monday to Friday with rotating start/finish time; Uncompromised commitment to a safety first culture; A natural interest in sustainability and the environment.
