Site Coordinator - Administration Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administrator to join our team full-time. If you have the drive to excel, are motivated and passionate about your work we want to hear from you About the role: As the Site Coordinator, you will be supporting Heads of Department and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices, processing completions, certificate issuance, coordinating resources, trainer allocation and day to day Campus operations. You will attend to Customer enquiries and respond appropriately within the given time frames. You will apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work and show initiative to ensure quality outcomes. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same.
