Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the CSO will be responsible for managing customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, and sales, to ensure smooth service and timely product deliveries. The CSO will also handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, address customer concerns, and efficiently process orders and credits. Please note, our office is currently located in Minchinbury and will be relocating to Norwest in February. What you’ll do Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, staff, and other industry partners. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, providing excellent customer service. Process customer orders and product requests received via phone or email, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system. Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM, including account creation and maintenance. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Process sales and supplier invoices, credits, and manage delivery discrepancies. Be proactive in learning new systems and technologies as the company transitions to a new platform in February. Effectively manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on the demands of a fast-paced environment. About You Are you looking for a fresh start in the new year with an exciting career? Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions and internal collaboration. Strong attention to detail and capable of identifying errors before they escalate. Highly organised and able to balance a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls (50 per day). Ability to take accountability, learn quickly, and handle tasks independently. Technologically savvy and adaptable to new systems, with a willingness to continuously learn. Strong mathematical skills for managing credits and invoices. Flexible, adaptable, and able to pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in conflict resolution and able to think outside the box to effectively resolve issues while prioritising customer satisfaction.
