Job Description What you'll be doing Deliver excellent end-user support Implement, maintain & optimise IT hardware environment standards, Internet connectivity and communications for offices and vessels Support on installing and maintaining applications on the IT systems on board vessels & office. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues Proactively identify and address potential IT problems, implementing preventative measures to minimise downtime Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate IT projects and initiatives Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications Continuously research and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve the company's IT capabilities Maintain accurate documentation and provide detailed reports on IT systems and activities Manage the Active Directory & Exchange server environment.
