Contracts Administrator to work on projects commercial project valued from 1.5mil - 5 million. They have just begun works on the iconic sydney opera house The company is based in wollongong and have location in sydney cbd and takes on very intricate, challenging and highly technical projects for some very interesting clients. They have established and long lasting clients across the Commercial, residential units, heritage, high end once off market and have the capacity to deliver projects up to $6 Million. A very highly regarded and extremely successful contractor that do things a little differently than their competitors. This is quite unique role in a niche but extremely successful business that has been running for circa 20 years. The projects will be unlike most you will see - so if your tired of working on basic units, banging out projects with no real passion attached, this is a role that might be of interest to you. I am looking to speak to Contracts administrators who have: • Tertiary qualification or similar in a construction related discipline • Previous experience working in a ground up builder- ideally on trickier- challenging projects - example heritage, highly engineered projects etc. • Must have experience managing as the sole CA, fit out projects up to circa $5 Million plus • Must be a strong relationship builder, relationships are key • A passion for delivering the different would be ideal- adding extra storeys to an existing building, heritage refurbishments, turning warehouses into offices This is an excellent opportunity within a genuine A grade company in their niche- a great place to work with really interesting projects and interesting staff.
