Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with other states sales leadership on consistent strategies. Coach 360 recruiters to enhance sales performance and skills. Monitor metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Team Management: Recruit and onboard skilled 360 recruiters. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Work closely with peers across geographies. Guide and support the team, including offshore admin staff. Individual Performance: Meet personal sales targets and KPIs. Engage in business development to secure new clients. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships. Qualifications and Skills: Proven sales leadership and team management experience, ideally in recruitment. Deep understanding of the 360 recruitment model. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Data-driven decision-making abilities. Ability to motivate and empower teams, including non-direct reports. Proficiency in ATS and tools like LinkedIn and Seek.
