The Opportunity Join our team as a Platinum Customer Service Officer (PCSO) , a pivotal role dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our Defence customer. You will act as the bridge between the Cleanaway project team, operational branches, and the customer’s stakeholder estates ensuring seamless coordination of requests, bookings, work orders, and invoices across the entire account in WA. This role focuses on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction through high service levels and excellent communication. Your ability to advocate for the customer within Cleanaway and enable their operational continuity will ultimately deliver contract success. Serve as the primary point of contact, managing customer requests to resolution and ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes. Utilise various CRM systems and portals to manage bookings, work orders, and invoices, maintaining data accuracy and compliance. Coordinate services across Cleanaway, ensuring a seamless experience for our commonwealth customers. Advocate for the customer’s needs within the business to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring first-call resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Escalate and manage pricing queries for compliance and approval. Monitor, log, and track service requests, ensuring proper follow-through and documentation. Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
