About the role: In this role you will: Positively influence safety and sustainability at Cement Australia, complying with safety standards and policies Develop new business opportunities, maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities within the region Manage a portfolio of existing account customers, increasing their profitability by implementing effective price and product strategies Ensure customers have account plans that add value to them and support retention Represent Cement Australia at promotional events, customer training and product demonstrations Understand, monitor and report customer and industry trends, business drivers and competitor activity to develop effective Key Account Plans and market strategies Review and act on feedback from customer satisfaction questionnaires to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer relationships About you: Previous experience in an equivalent sales role, preferably within hardware, building materials, construction or mining environments Business to Business or Business to Consumer experience Proven experience establishing, maintaining, engaging and influencing customers at all levels Well developed selling and negotiation skills and commercial awareness Ability to work autonomously with a team focus Understanding of strategic account management, familiarity with SAP CRM software would be advantageous Previous experience creating sales forecasts Flexibility for overnight travel as required Why work for Cement Australia?
