The Opportunity: In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Engineering, offering crucial technical support to keep our clients' businesses running smoothly. From troubleshooting to hands-on maintenance, you’ll build relationships, tackle technical challenges, and play a key role in ensuring quality service delivery. While experience with aesthetic technology is a plus, it’s not essential. Your Key Responsibilities: 1) Technical Support : Provide exceptional over-the-phone, email, and on-site technical support to clients, keeping them updated on progress, delays, and timelines. Your main priority will be ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and maintaining strong communication. 2) Technical Resource Review: Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and CTO to develop and maintain service and technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and device maintenance documents. Share recommendations to improve documentation and support resources. 3) Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs for all Global Beauty Group devices. Coordinate with stakeholders to arrange servicing, provide loan devices when needed, and recommend device upgrades. 4) Testing and Service: Test new, demo, and loan devices for settings, safety, and functionality. Issue service estimates and create orders and invoices using our financial platform. Document full-service reports detailing any issues found with devices. 5) Product Development Contribution: Participate in product development meetings, working with clinical, marketing, and engineering teams to enhance device safety and efficacy. Offer design improvement ideas to optimise device effectiveness, safety, and user-friendliness. About You: • Qualifications – An Undergraduate or master’s degree in engineering, a technical or trade qualification, and/or relevant experience in servicing electronic devices. • Customer Service – Strong communication skills, able to listen and respond to client needs. • Organisational Skills – Efficient in time management and resolving issues quickly. • Driver's License – Valid license and car required for client site visits. • Bonus Experience – Familiarity with medical/aesthetic devices, including lasers, IPL, or LED phototherapy.
