Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual content that aligns with Lewis Hotels' brand identity. The role involves designing materials for print and digital platforms, ensuring all content effectively communicates our values and engages our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Design & Branding: Create and design visual materials including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and digital assets. Maintain and evolve the Lewis Hotels brand identity across all platforms. Develop innovative concepts and designs for hotel campaigns, events, and promotions. Digital Content Creation: Design graphics for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content strategies. Optimize visuals for digital platforms to ensure responsiveness and quality. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing and events teams to meet branding and promotional needs. Liaise with external vendors, printers, and photographers to ensure quality output. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design ideas and campaigns. Quality Control: Proofread designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate relevant elements into projects. Required Skills and Qualifications . Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality or a related industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Experience with web design tools and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Figma) is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects). Photography skills with an eye for composition and lighting. Knowledge of marketing principles and branding strategies. Salary: $73K-$75K plus super.
