The Opportunity: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:00pm Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
