This role is an incredible opportunity to lead transformative projects and drive lasting change in our facilities As a group-based Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects across our sites, working closely with senior engineers and production teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, optimising processes, and supporting the seamless integration of new equipment to help us achieve our operational goals. Key responsibilities will include: Developing project timelines, allocating resources, and overseeing project execution, ensuring all deliverables are met Leading the design, selection, and integration of new equipment, coordinating with teams and vendors for optimal installation and functionality Collaborating with production teams to identify inefficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement Developing IQ, OQ and PQ checklists for new projects Ensuring strict adherence to WHS protocols, setting safety standards and promoting a safe workplace culture across projects About us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels. What we’re looking for This position is ideal for an experienced project engineer ready to lead cross functional initiatives, manage project teams, and make an impact in the fast-paced meat processing industry.
