Exciting opportunity to work for a reputable commercial builder as a Contract Administrator in Sydney CBD. We are currently seeking Contract Administrators for two of our clients, commercial builders specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects. Due to a growing workload this year, they are looking to bring on a Contract Administrator in a full-time capacity. Candidates should have prior experience in commercial construction, with a focus on new builds and/or fit-out projects. In this role, the Contract Administrator will provide support to an established team, including a Project Manager, and will assist with day-to-day contract administration responsibilities. We are looking for proactive, motivated individuals who are committed to problem-solving. This role may be offered on either a contract or full-time basis, but we are seeking someone who can seamlessly integrate with the current team and contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects within budget.
