Tong Sing is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team for an initial period of 12 months. Reporting to the Finance Officer, this permanent full-time role will include the following admin support and reception tasks. Duties and responsibilities include: Handle front desk enquiries Data entry Invoicing Purchasing inventory Accounts payable Accounts receivable Payroll General admin and logistics support Skills and experience Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Proven ability to use both Xero and MYOB Attention to detail with data entry Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
