This role focuses on leading retail construction projects, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of retail construction projects, managing daily site operations. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety requirements. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly. Monitor progress against programming and deliver regular reports. What You’ll Bring: 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in retail or commercial construction. Strong programming and project scheduling experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. In-depth understanding of construction safety standards and WHS regulations.
