Key Duties & Responsibilities: Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the building/construction process for buildings damaged by insurable events Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs Liaise between insured parties & insurance companies Coordinate access to properties with insured parties Dispute / issue resolution as required Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates & documentation is signed off Work closely with Estimators & On-Site Supervisors Assist in organising contracts, processing quotes & updating variations Cost reporting Support & assist the administration team when required Key Selection Criteria: Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Building Trade / Construction Qualification or relevant experience Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner Excellent time management & organisational skills Relationship building skills Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Integrity & a positive can-do attitude An understanding of HSE practices, legislation, regulations Willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation & team If you are interested in furthering your career and developing your leadership skills further, I would love to hear from you.
