The Opportunity: Be based at one of their high-performing FM contracts in a busy and dynamic asset in the North, managing the reporting and administrative functions for the site and FM contract. Reporting into the Facilities Manager, you will work in a friendly, small team and be involved in the following: Overseeing and managing all contractor inductions Ensuring compliance of contractors with relation to SWMs, JSA’s, licences and SOP’s Maintaining and updating records for all contractors Creating purchase orders and invoicing General administrative duties relating to the contract, including WHS Working closely with the client and building an excellent relationship Greeting customers or staff coming onto the site in a friendly manner Recording and updating information on the integrated facilities management system Why you should apply: You will have the autonomy to run with things and take the initiative and engage with contractors.
