Responsibilities Develop and manage an innovative cocktail menu that complements our Mediterranean-inspired cuisine Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality service and beverage presentation Train and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques, customer service, and bar procedures Maintain inventory and manage relationships with suppliers Collaborate with Executive Chef and Venue Manager to create drink pairings for menu items Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional customer experiences Requirements Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar leadership role Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and current bar trends Strong leadership and team management skills Creativity in developing unique drink recipes and presentations Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with inventory management and cost control Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Desired Qualities Passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences Knowledge of Mediterranean and international spirits and cocktails Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
