Description Your new role: As the Instructional Designer, reporting to Organisational Capability and Learning Manager within the People function, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure content meets the desired learning outcomes. You will utilise various instructional design models and technologies to create innovative and interactive content, ultimately contributing to the organization's mission of providing high-quality learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging and interactive content, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia resources. Design and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary improvements. Where relevant conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) identifying learning gaps and determine the appropriate instructional strategies. Utilise various instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy to create effective learning experiences. Use e-learning authoring tools e.g., Articulate, Rise360 Captivate Work effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the instructional materials meet the desired learning outcomes. Skills And Experiences What you need to excel: You will possess below technical expertise and experience: Proven experience working within instructional design roles, with ability to implement the Organisational Capability and Learning strategy and frameworks to support the People strategy of CSC. Ability to produce high-quality, clear, and concise educational content aligned with learning objectives. Experience in defining the scope and structure of learning materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of topics. Demonstrated experience in instructional design using a range of delivery methods including digital, virtual, eLearning (Articulate360) and face to face. Essential experience in working with the Articulate Suite of products.
