We are now looking for a Warehouse Fulfilment Coordinator to provide outstanding support for our warehouse in Rutherford. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing supply movement and organisation in the warehouse. They are also responsible for restocking supplies as new/old stock is returned to the warehouse and preparing orders for dispatch to customers. The Warehouse Coordinator also engages in counting inventory, liaising with operational staff and customers and maintaining clean warehouse conditions. Please be noted this would be a 3 month fixed term role Store and stock products in bins and on shelves while keeping the work area clean and organized. Load and unload trucks/vans for designated programs and warehouse transfers. Transport supplies to customers and business warehouse locations. Maintain stock levels, update the asset management system, and organize couriers for shipments. Prepare tech equipment for new orders and repairs; basic IT equipment testing skills are desirable. Follow safety policies and OHS guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment. Perform other supply-related duties as assigned. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status. Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role, with the ability to operate common warehouse equipment. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure. Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working in a team environment with a positive attitude. Intermediate to advanced computer skills; technical and IT knowledge preferred. Ability to work full-time from the warehouse in Rutherford; forklift/manual handling experience highly valued. This is a 3-month fixed-term role; an electrical qualification would be a plus.
