Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Eagle Farm Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Competitive, $85k - $95k Super About the Role: Matt from Pinpoint Personnel is working with a leading freight and logistics company that are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within the general freight and dangerous goods sectors. You will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, implementing new processes and procedures, and ensuring smooth workflows across the warehouse. The position requires supervisory experience and expertise in high-reach forklift operation, as well as the ability to manage a team of 4 direct reports. You will be working with a new ERP system for reporting and operational management, conducting stock takes, overseeing container organisation, and ensuring effective loading and unloading procedures. Key aspects of the role include managing up to 17,000 pallets on-site, operating forklifts up to 7 bays high , and working closely with the team to streamline warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of 4 direct reports in daily warehouse operations. Drive process improvements and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency. Ensure safe and accurate operations in both general freight and dangerous goods areas. Operate high-reach forklifts (up to 7 bays high) for storing and retrieving pallets. Use their new ERP system for reporting and warehouse management tasks. Conduct regular stock takes, pick packing, and ensure accurate container organisation. Manage loading and unloading activities to ensure timeliness and safety. Monitor warehouse operations and identify areas for process improvements. The Ideal Candidate: Supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar operational role. High-reach forklift experience is essential. Strong focus on process-driven operations and improving efficiencies. Proficient with computers and warehouse management systems (experience with ERP systems, such as Ranco, is a plus). Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of dangerous goods handling is advantageous but not required. Hours: Flexible work hours available, but ideally Monday to Friday from 9/10am - 6/7pm (Afternoon Shift).
