The Role You will be a hands on leader and the Mechanical focal point for the team.You will collaborate with other disciplines within the Engineering team and assist in developing solutions for clientsYou will assist in development and mentoring of mid-level engineers and foster a high-performing team.You will ensure the team are producing quality, detailed engineering and designs for the project and assist where requiredYou will be client facing and contribute / lead internal meetings to ensure alignment with client/project expectations.
