Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. This position assists the Nurse Unit Manager for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies. Key Responsibilities include: Manage the day to day administration requirements of the (work unit) to achieve administrative compliancy by providing specific support to the Nurse Unit Managers. Maintain mandatory documentation for filing, archiving and storage in line with the State Archiving regulations. Ability to read and interpret nursing rosters, to ensure accuracy. Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $97,656 p.a., comprising salary rates: $38.81 - $43.16 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed term temporary part time position, 53.2 hrs p.f. , available for 10 months with possibility of extension.).
