They are urgently looking for a Lead/Principal Mechanical Engineer who will play a critical role across this complex minerals processing project. The Role You will be a hands on leader and the Mechanical focal point across this project and other studies.You will collaborate with other disciplines within the project team to develop solutions for the client & projectYou will develop and mentor mid-level engineers and foster a high-performing team.You will ensure the team are producing quality, detailed engineering and designs for the projectYou will be client facing and contribute and lead internal meetings to ensure alignment with client/project expectations.
