About the role What to Expect This is a great opportunity to join Tesla’s APAC Residential Energy Sales team, which is focused on residential and small commercial sales and deployments throughout the Asia Pacific region. In this fast-paced position, you will provide critical support to our dynamic Energy team and be responsible for various administrative tasks to assist with business development projects and programs. A successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, an acute business sense and be an innate problem solver with strong interpersonal and collaborative traits. The Recruitment team will be in touch with the successful applicants in January. What You’ll Do Driven and enthusiastic with a genuine interest and passion for Tesla’s mission. Gather, annotate and distribute weekly updates and progress reports on key projects or programs Assist with projects, data cleanup and analysis Support the sales team with various sales operation tasks (order processing, credit checks, delivery and logistics) Support the sales leadership in ad-hoc day-to-day activities including; reporting on sales and marketing performance, market and competitor intelligence, coordinating internal & external meetings, supporting and organizing internal meeting presentations and business trips. What You’ll Bring Ability to work full time and for at least 6-month contract. Currently studying or recently completed a tertiary qualification, applicants from a Business, Finance, Communication, Marketing and Commerce background are preferred Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handling shifting priorities. Able to learn and operate effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic company. Detail-driven, with an ability to execute with accuracy and speed. Proven ability to work well independently as well as within a team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft suite (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
