No real estate experience is required for this roleājust a passion for customer service and administration The Role: Assist staff with managing phone and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts. Prepare market reports, listing presentations, and marketing proposals. Coordinate and manage social media content and administration across various platforms. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing databases. Prepare exchange and offer documentation and send it to solicitors. Ensure listing checklists are completed and that listings comply with regulations. Oversee agent marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print media. Draft presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
