Job Description As a Part-Time Office Administrator, you will oversee administrative operations and provide support to both the office and key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, assisting with events, and directing calls and emails to the appropriate departments. You will also handle mail and deliveries, while providing general administrative support to the Office Manager You will be responsible for the maintenance of; Distribute mail. Answering and directing all phone calls. Cleanliness of kitchens and daily top up of supplies. Organise and maintain stationary and office supplies. Manage access passes. Greeting internal and external visitors. Support Office Manager with events when required. Perform other related tasks as directed by management as needed.
