ATLAS Recruitment are actively working with over 50 commercial builders across Victoria working temporary assignments. We specialise in the Commercial Fit-out/ Refurb, Tiers 1,2 and 3 space, so will be able to assist in finding you your next contract. We are currently looking for Contract Administrators of all Levels on the following projects: Data Centres - North and Western Suburbs Commercial Office Fit Outs - Melbourne CBD Retail Projects - Northern Suburbs Community Infrastructure Projects - South-Eastern Suburbs Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts from pre-construction to final completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Assist with the procurement process and ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner. Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules. To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial Fit Out space.
