The Role: Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing agents day in order. This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily. As the PA, your duties will include but not be limited to: Diary, e-mail & appointment management Database management & client care Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors Handling all sales administration Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Preparing and attending proposals, presentations, and auctions Manage exchanges & settlements Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar Real Estate administration support role. This is an integral position supporting a dynamic Agent and his diligent, proactive, and loyal team. We are seeking someone who has a current certificate of Registration, Own Car and Drivers Licence.
